BRUT Man Up
BRUT Man Up aims to sort the men from the boys. It's a call for proper men to show their mettle and always step up to the mark in any given situation.
If you know anyone who's sadly forgotten how to Man Up, then our current campaign might provide them with a few timely reminders.
Spider in bath Come on mate, it might have 8 legs, but you've got the reach, height and weight advantage. Mess this one up and it's an early bath.
Penalty Step up to the mark. Place the ball. Choose your spot and never, ever, change your mind. Put it away and you're a hero.
Dentist OK, this is a tricky one. No one likes the sound of a drill in their left ear. The thing is to grin and bear it, and think about the pint afterwards.
Fish supper Yes it's looking at you and yes its head's still on, but it's dead! Show some guts. Pick up the knife and dress it up like a kipper.

Farewell our 'Enry
We say goodbye to Henry Cooper who has died at the age of 76. A hugely popular figure in British sport, the only boxer to be knighted by Her Majesty the Queen and of course the legendary face of 1970's BRUT… you've done us proud Sir Henry.
